Blah, blah, blah

I've been thinking about a subject line for the past few minutes but have been unable to come up with one that is suitable. Therefore, you will all just have to deal with the craptastic one I came up with.

I was very MIA this weekend. It was kinda weird to not pick up the laptop and jump online. Mostly because I couldn't find the laptop - as it was buried under a mountain of stuff. I emptied out my entire bedroom in the living room so that I could repaint the room, clean the carpets, etc. Yeah, that was a hell of a project. I have way, way, way too much stuff. I need to do some serious thinking on what is important and what can actually fit back in my tiny bedroom.

I was a little worried about coming online this morning (I took Monday off woohoo) and finding out how the Dallas Convention went. There were some crazy, nasty rumors being thrown around about Jared and Sandy and how they broke up. So apparently at least some tiny part of the rumors are true - see the post here: Jared and Sandy Breakup It really saddens me that Jared had to stand up in front of all those fans (and the whole internet really) and tell us that he and Sandy had broken up. It bothers me so very much that he was put into that situation. And that there were nasty rumors racing around the internet. I don't know what happened between them, I will never know and I'm quite okay with that, but the rumor spreading is just killing me!!

Although on a crazy happy Jensen/Jared/bestestcostarsever! note - apparently Jensen's family was at the Con to visit Jared: Jensen's Fam Rocks! I mean, that is just awesome. I have no words for how awesome that is.

Back to my room - my Mom just called and my bed was delivered! Yay! I have a new shiny queen to sleep in. I'm sure my cat will snuggle as close as possible to me rather than spreading out on his own corner, but I can deal. Anything, at this point, beats sleeping on the couch. Also, my dog went ape-shit crazy when the delivery guys came in. She tried to tear her crate apart to get out and get to the delivery men. And then once they left, she went into my room and started sniffing around. Every time she found a spot that one of the two delivery guys had touched she barked - crazy barked. Very, very odd. He must have smelled hella weird. Poor puppy - I don't like her to get that stressed.

It sucks that Jared had to address it. Yes, I know it's part of the territory as a celeb and all- but still. =/ Makes me want to hug him. Jensen's family being there for him was all sorts of warm and gooey though.
