I know, I'm sorry, this second part of the story leaves a lot of questions. But I promise that the third part totally answers those questions - at least according to avamclean's quick preview. I haven't had a chance to finish the third one yet - it is a way overdue birthday gift for kaylashay81, from April. :(
As for the something about why Derek was all with the hatred: (Taken from the first story) Dawn Summers is viewed as a threat to those in John’s innermost circle.
For the first time, Cameron will make a choice – a human thing not a machine – and determine her second objective to be in direct conflict with her first.
Dawn Summers’ existence is crucial to John Connor’s survival.
