I needed comedy and nothing is funnier than having Dean get his ass kicked. Not that I like him to get injured, but seriously, getting his ass kicked by a girl. It's hilarious like River kicking Jayne's ass in Firefly/Serenity.
I'm interested to know which areas you would have liked more exposition and dialogue/action. The way I wrote this just kinda bounced from place to place (as you can tell) but that was the style I was going for. But, name a place or two, or three, and I might be able to flush it out a little.
